with automobile exhaust emissions, the greenhouse effect continues to intensify. in order to speed up the upgrading of oil quality, the state council has set a timetable for the implementation of "national four" diesel, "national five" gasoline and diesel standards. the meeting decided that on the basis of the national iv gasoline standard (sulfur content not greater than 50 ppm), the general administration of quality supervision, inspection and quarantine and the national standards committee will issue the national iv diesel standard (sulfur content not greater than 50 ppm) as soon as possible for the transition period to the end of 2014; the national v diesel standard (sulfur content not greater than 10 ppm) will be issued before the end of june 2013, and the national v gasoline standard (sulfur content not greater than 10 ppm> will be issued by the end of 2013, and the transition period will be until the end of 2017.
this method has been tested in accordance with gb/t17040-2008. lanscientific provides pedx oil with a lower detection limit of 0.9 ppm in atmospheric atmosphere, which can fully meet the national five gasoline standard (sulfur content not greater than 10 ppm), fast and non-destructive analysis, greatly improved improve the efficiency of analysis.
to measure the sample, gently shake the sample bottle to allow bubbles to settle, and fill the 32 mm xrf sample cup to 3/4 (5 g).
low range: 0 – 100ppm sulfur
establish empirical calibrations using a set of commercially available certified crude oil standards. if needed, optimize the fitted curve by developing separate calibration methods for different sulfur ranges. the summary of the 0-100ppm s calibration is shown here, and the measurement time is 300 seconds.
